How Bach Is FUNDED
BACH is a non-profit charitable organization. We depend on donations and grants for funds to support our operations.
A major portion of our funding comes from local churches. Various churches in the Boyertown Area Ministerial Association have provided and continue to provide funding for the program. Grants and donations from local industries have been very important in helping BACH with property maintenance. BACH also receives donations from individuals and various organizations in the community. The donations of caring individuals and organizations have enabled BACH to continue to serve the needs of Boyertown's homeless families. Monies received from United Way have helped the organization to meet special needs of BACH's families. Where the money GoesWe need funds to help with our overhead costs, but also to help with client expenses which include help with childcare costs, counseling, transportation needs, furniture, medical needs, school needs, clothing needs, etc.
Not a single dollar is used to pay for a staff person. EVERY dollar goes straight into the program and is used to help the client families, or to help pay for the upkeep of the house and property.
